The main products produced in Berkeley are the "Shu Chiku Bai" brands of Saké (Regular, Extra-dry, Sierra Cold Saké, Ginjo and Nigori). "Takara Mirin" (cooking wine), and Takara, Kinsen, and Koshu brands of plum wines. In addition to these brands, Takara Saké USA, Inc. imports from the parent company in Japan the following products; Baisho Zukuri saké, Dai Ginjo saké and Takara Jun Shochu and Yokaichi (distilled spirit).
